Protection from human exploitation (human trafficking, organ trafficking)

Child protection
Zahra platform works with the concerned authorities to direct the content publisher to abide by the child protection law, as the laws stipulates that a few actions shall be considered a violation of the rights of the child, including harassment, exposing him to exploitation or bullying him, and the use of abusive words that degrade his dignity, and discrimination against him for any racial, social, or economic reason. At the same time, the law prohibits the production, publication, display, circulation, and possession of any work directed at children that addresses or enriches their instincts in a way that embellishes them with behavior contrary to Islamic law, public order, or public morals. Therefore, the user shall ensure that the content of the advertisement is free from any violation that may harm children. Whereas, if violating content is detected, the necessary action shall be taken against it by Zahra platform. It is our duty towards them, we have the right to report any abuse to them or violation of their rights via the link (contact us).

Girls and Women Protection
Girls and women shall have the right to feel safe in using Internet technologies for the purposes of commerce, shopping, and communication. We, Zahra platform, do not allow the use of the platform services outside the framework of law, and we are fully aware of the necessity of protecting the same from exposure to nuisance, harassment, blackmail, or bullying by providing technical services that protect them, such as banning and preventing the member from communicating via private messages.
To protect you from harassment, you can do the following:
- Do not send messages via private or public chat with any private personal content.
- Do not provide others with your phone number and do not communicate with them outside Zahra platform.
- In the event you feel insecure about someone, you should block him / her from communicating with you using the ban icon in private messages.
- In the event you are being harassed, report the member.
- Contact us via Contact Us option.
- File a complaint against the member with the security authorities to protect you from harm.
Fraud Protection
The platform’s message. We, Zahra platform, are keen and striving to create a safe environment for users and free from fraud and deception by providing several services, including:
- We prevent sending links within advertisements, replies, or private messages, to protect you from fraudulent links.
- We warn users not to communicate outside the platform.
- We provide the service of reporting the fraudster from the advertisement, private messages, and the evaluation of the member, as well as (contact Us) Service.
- We receive reports of fraud and deal with the same directly. We suspend suspected accounts or accounts proven to be fraudulent and include such accounts in the list of suspended accounts to protect the users thereof.
- We spread awareness inside and outside the platform of fraud methods and how to avoid them.
Methods for Avoiding Fraud:
- Search for the other party's number in the list of (suspended numbers) on Zahra platform.
- Make sure to carry out the sale process face to face in a public and safe place.
- Use safe methods in the event the sale process is not face to face in order to guarantee the rights of both parties, as the amount shall be delivered to the seller after the purchaser receives the commodity.
- Do not advertise a commodity that you do not own.
- Do not market or advertise to a person or institution, even if they promise you a job or a commission, because you shall be, thereof, a victim who is responsible for your advertisement in the event of fraud.
- Do not open any links that are sent to you outside Zahra platform, no matter how the other party convinces you that it is safe.
- Do not provide the other party with any of your data.
- Do not provide the other party with any verification numbers, codes, or passwords, no matter how much the other party convinces you that they are necessary to complete a business, sale process, or anything else.
